About the Program

The B.Sc. Artificial Intelligence programme is designed to equip students with expertise in AI. Students learn how to model complex problems, process data, and use AI-based solutions such as machine learning, deep learning, neural networks and large language models. The programme teaches the mathematical and theoretical principles that AI is based on, enabling students to refine and optimise existing AI tools and to develop new ones. Students also learn about legal and ethical perspectives on AI and its developments. The curriculum includes programming, data representation, algorithms and data structures, algorithmic complexity, and mathematical fundamentals from linear algebra, analysis, and stochastics. Students must also choose three minor subjects from options including Theoretical Foundations of AI, Natural Language Processing, Software Engineering, Visual Computing, Business Analytics, Entrepreneurship, Regulation of AI and Data, and language courses.
