About the Program

The practice-oriented Master's program in Applied Computer Science builds consecutively on the 7-semester Bachelor's program of the same name and leads to a second professional qualification. The aim of this practice-oriented degree course is, on the one hand, to expand the core knowledge acquired in the Bachelor's program (algorithms, mathematics, technologies, programming) and to further deepen this field of application in a specialist subject area. On the other hand, it is also designed to teach the ability to analyze complex requirements in a structured manner, propose suitable approaches to solutions, plan their implementation and coordinate them using modern management methods.
