About the Program

The Tourism Management program prepares students to understand what thrills and motivates holiday-makers and travellers and to turn these special charms into products and tourist services. The program provides a solid understanding of the tourism sector with an end-to-end overview of the relevant players, along with practically focused studies and skills in business management, HR management, marketing, project management, sustainability and digitalisation. The degree programme is divided into the foundation course (semesters 1 to 3), the advanced course (semesters 4 to 7) and the practical semester (semester 4 or 5), concluded with a bachelor's thesis. Graduates work in numerous areas of the national and international travel and leisure industry, including airlines, train operators, hotels, tourist destinations, tour operators, and the events sector.
