The Berlin MBA has been developed for ambitious executives who are keen to address the challenges of responsible management in a global context. The core modules teach fundamental General Management skills - such as marketing, HR, strategy, finance and accounting. The seminars are enriched by the diversity of students, who bring different professional experience and backgrounds. The programme stands out for its interactive and practice-oriented teaching style. Real-life business challenges and the extensive professional experience of participants are actively integrated into classroom discussions. The programme is divided into three sections: traditional General Management core modules, specific elective modules and Master's thesis. Core modules include: Coping with a Complex Environment, Managing Core Processes, Managing Human Resources, Accounting and Managing Value, Managing Financial Resources, Managing Marketing, Formulating Strategy, and Leadership Development. Elective modules include: Innovative Sustainability, International Management, Entrepreneurship and Innovation, Transformation Management and Change, Digital Business and Technology Management, International Finance and Mergers and Acquisitions.
