The core modules teach fundamental General Management skills - such as marketing, HR, strategy, finance and accounting. Core modules include: Coping with a Complex Environment, Managing Core Processes, Managing Human Resources, Accounting and Managing Value, Managing Financial Resources, Managing Marketing, Formulating Strategy, and Leadership Development. Elective modules include: Innovative Sustainability, International Management, Entrepreneurship and Innovation, Transformation Management and Change, Digital Business and Technology Management, International Finance and Mergers and Acquisitions.
