About the Program

In the Brewing and Beverage Technology master's degree program you learn how to solve technological, technical, and operational problems in the brewing and beverage industry and supply industry. The program teaches you to both develop technologies, processes, and innovative products as well as optimize process steps. A unique characteristic of this degree program is the breadth of subjects offered across different faculties which students are able to study in the elective component. As a result of interdisciplinary collaboration, you combine findings from biology, physics, and chemistry, with engineering concepts in process engineering and plant construction.
