About the Program

Business Law is an interdisciplinary program at the interface between law and management. The program trains lawyers to have an in-depth understanding of economic and business issues. The curriculum is divided into foundation studies (first two semesters), main studies part 1 (semesters 3-4), an internship semester (5th semester), and main studies part 2 (semesters 6-7). The program offers four specialization focuses: Compliance/Corporate, Contract Management/Negotiations, Innovation and Law, and Organizational Structure and Taxes/International Tax Law. Graduates work in various company departments dealing with legal issues, including legal, finance, sales, procurement, human resources, and compliance departments.
