About the Program

The Bachelor's program in Business Management offers a learning journey that provides broad expertise in business management methods and principles, as well as deep insights into selected business management focus areas and current research topics. Practice-oriented projects, case studies, and simulation games sharpen problem-solving skills, with emphasis on using digital tools and promoting collaboration in diverse teams. The program values not only business thinking but also the development of a professional attitude and ethics. In the first three semesters, students explore the fundamentals of business administration - from accounting to finance, marketing, production & logistics, and business informatics. Students also learn the basics of economics and business law, develop mathematical skills, and build English language skills. In the fourth and fifth semesters, students choose two of four specialization areas: Taxes & Accounting, Finance & Controlling, Logistics & Supply Chain Management, or Marketing & Business Management. Project seminars prepare students to successfully set up and manage demanding projects. The sixth semester involves practical experience in real companies, applying business knowledge directly. The seventh semester is dedicated to the bachelor's thesis, with digital courses providing relevant subject and methodological knowledge. The final semester can be completed entirely digitally if needed.
