About the Program

Business Psychology is a program that prepares students to support companies as trainers, consultants and organisational developers. Students learn to create professional surveys of customers or employees, and carry out sophisticated experiments for market research. The program covers fundamentals of psychology, business administration and market research in the first three semesters. In the fifth and sixth semesters, students work on several projects and can specialize in either Personnel (Personnel Selection, Personnel Development, Coaching, Change-Management) or Markets and Consumption (Consumer Goods Marketing, Advertising and Consumer Psychology, Market Research). The seventh semester includes a work placement at a company and writing a bachelor's thesis. The program also includes seminars for key skills such as Presentation Techniques, Teamwork, Moderation, Conflict Management, and Professional English.
