About the Program

The continuing education, part-time Master's program "Child Protection" is aimed at practitioners in child and youth welfare, social work, childhood education, education and health systems. In this program, students develop professionally to become Dialogical Quality Developers in child protection and early help. They learn in a practice-oriented way how successful help processes can be designed together with families, children and involved professions. The program particularly benefits from small study groups and contacts with practice partners of the "Quality Development in Science and Practice" (QE-WiPrax) network. Upon completion of the Master's degree, graduates also receive the certificate "Insoweit erfahrene Fachkraft - Fachberatung im Kinderschutz" (Experienced specialist - Professional consultation in child protection).
