About the Program

The dual study program is completed with the Bachelor of Arts and is at the same time proof of the career qualification for the higher federal criminal investigation service. The subject-theoretical study phases take place at: College of Public Administration in Brühl and the Department of Criminal Investigation in Wiesbaden. The practice-integrating study phases take place at: National Police Authorities throughout the Federal Republic of Germany, as well as at the Federal Criminal Police Office in Wiesbaden, Meckenheim and Berlin. Focus areas include Criminology, Police Law, Criminal Law, Criminal Procedure Law, Civil Service Law, European Law, Constitutional Law, Executive Management, and Deployment Studies.
