The Diakonik certificate program is a flexible learning program at the master's level that allows students to take individual modules according to their needs and in the order that best fits their life. The program aims to qualify participants for diaconal corporate management and interprofessional teamwork in church and diaconal organizations. Students can set priorities in diaconal organizational development, profile formation as a religious and community educational process of their organization, in ethics, pastoral care and/or worship. The certificate program includes various modules such as Organizational Ethics (10 CP), Diaconal Leadership (15 CP), Diaconal-Theological Reflection (25 CP), and more. Successfully completed certificates can be fully credited towards the Master's program in Diakonik.
