About the Program

The electrical engineering studies comprise five focus areas – automation, electrical engineering, vehicle electronics, embedded systems and information technology – and connect the traditional elements of electrical engineering with modern information processing. On the one hand, the studies cover how electricity is generated, transferred, applied and distributed. On the other hand, they investigate how information is collected, transferred and spread, and what kind of systems are required for this purpose. As an electrical engineering graduate, you will have access to a broad range of fields with excellent career perspectives. These include the development and planning, operation, maintenance and marketing of modern electrical facilities as well as mobile and stationary electrical devices and systems.
