European Computer Science

Bachelor of Science (B.Sc.)

About the Program

An increasingly global economy needs computing specialists with internationally transferable skills. The Bachelor's degree course in European Computer Science provides preparation for these challenges with a solid grounding in IT, targeted study for language proficiency, and engagement with the culture of another European country. Students spend a year at a partner institution in Europe, which usually enables them to gain an additional European degree qualification. The first four semesters focus on foundational knowledge in mathematics, theoretical principles of computer science, databases, technical aspects of computer science and programming, along with foreign language and social science modules. Semesters 5 and 6 are spent at a European partner institution, where students complete their Bachelor thesis.
