About the Program

This program trains employees for the third qualification level for the regional carriers of the German Pension Insurance in Bavaria. Since the 2016/2017 academic year, the training has been conducted together with the collective bargaining employees of the Bavarian Pension Chamber, for whose needs the training content has been partially modified. Graduates will make decisions about insurance obligations and benefits from statutory pension insurance, including participation benefits, based on relevant legal regulations. Possible future employment includes external advisory offices, administrative departments, data processing at pension insurance providers, or rehabilitation providers (clinics). The focus of the study is therefore on the Social Code - Sixth Book - (Statutory Pension Insurance) including the associated supplementary laws. The practical training takes place at the regional carriers of the German Pension Insurance in Bavaria or at the Bavarian Pension Chamber.
