About the Program

The Master of Education in Fine Arts offers the opportunity to combine a passion for art with a fulfilling teaching career. In this program, students develop their own artistic work while learning how to pass on their artistic knowledge to the next generation. Students refine their artistic creation in studios and workshops, learn to use art history and art theory knowledge to reflect on their own artistic work, and develop comprehensive theoretical and didactic competencies to design high-quality art education for secondary schools. The program covers various artistic expressions including sculpture, painting, drawing, photography, film, video, and media art.
