About the Program

The MBA in General Management is a berufsbegleitendes (part-time) master's program that prepares students for future leadership roles. The program combines self-study phases with on-campus presence at HSW. Students attend classes at HSW every two to three weeks on Friday afternoons and Saturdays, while continuing their professional careers. The program focuses on developing management-relevant business competencies, communication skills, and abilities in self-management, team management, and conflict management.
