About the Program
Translating Middle High German texts, reinterpreting classics of literary history or analyzing digital messages in social media from a linguistic perspective - all of this is part of the curriculum when studying German Studies at the University of Kassel. The broad spectrum of the Bachelor's degree course scores points for its practical relevance and initially teaches basic knowledge in linguistics, literature and media studies as well as key skills in communication and academic methodology.
