About the Program

The Master's degree programme Global Management connects all the skills needed to succeed in a globally active company. It equips students with entrepreneurial knowledge, intercultural competence and the ability to think critically. Throughout the four semesters, the focus is on project management, methodological skills and the independent application of scientific methods. Within the international cohort, students get to experience intercultural exchange at first hand and gain confidence of working in a global setting. A key aspect of global management is to develop and implement business strategies that take into account both local and global market opportunities and trends. This requires a deep understanding of cultural differences and the competitive landscape. The programme prepares students for management and leadership positions as well as project management functions in internationally active companies in Germany and abroad.
