In addition to classical management techniques in the field of personnel management, the emphasis in this Master's course is on conveying more complex contents in the fields of methodology and health sciences. Seminars on negotiation and conflict training and on ethical management practice are also intended to promote personal development. In the practical module and in your Master's thesis you will deal with concrete projects with a strong relationship to practice, conceived and presented in a scientific manner.
