Bachelor of Science (B.Sc.)

About the Program

The Real Estate Management program covers all economic activities that occur during the 'life' of a building - from the purchase of land to the operation of properties to their demolition. The program provides a comprehensive generalist qualification over seven semesters, preparing students for all real estate management tasks. The curriculum focuses on the complete lifecycle of real estate, combining business administration, economics, law, and technical subjects. The first two semesters cover general foundations, followed by two semesters of real estate-specific fundamentals. After a practical semester, students complete two specialization semesters where they can largely choose their own subjects. The program includes additional offerings such as excursions, guest lectures, conferences, and opportunities to study at partner universities abroad.
