About the Program

The Industrial Engineering program combines business and technical disciplines. In the first four semesters, students build an interdisciplinary foundation in mathematics, physics, business administration, and engineering fundamentals through lectures, seminars, and practical courses. The curriculum includes subjects such as Mathematics, Physics and Materials Science, Business Administration, Electrical Engineering, Construction, Quality and Project Management, Accounting, Logistics, Production Technology, Process Management, Cost Accounting, Digital and Microcomputer Technology, Computer Science, Business Informatics, Finance and Investment, Statistics and Operations Research. The fifth semester includes a practical semester in a company. In the final semesters, students choose a specialization from areas such as drive technology and robotics, logistics, or applications of microelectronics, along with elective modules to sharpen their qualification profile. The program prepares students to work at the interface between technology and business, with opportunities for foreign language learning (Technical English), internships abroad, and development of intercultural understanding, personnel management, and project management skills. The program comprises 7 semesters with a total of 210 ECTS credits.
