About the Program

The three-semester Master's program in Computer Science offers Bachelor graduates with a degree in computer science or a related field the opportunity to acquire key competencies for their professional future. In addition to specializing in future-oriented topics in computer science, the application-oriented teaching of methodological-scientific competencies is the focus of the program. The program provides in-depth technical-scientific competencies in areas such as Advanced Programming, Software Architectures, and Parallel Computing. Students also choose two of three specializations: Advanced Software Engineering, Artificial Intelligence, and Advanced Embedded Systems. The goal of the Master's program is to prepare students for demanding activities in research and development, enabling them to take on responsibility as executives in product and project management of companies as well as to enter a scientific career.
