About the Program

The International Business degree program enables students to gain basic knowledge in the fields of economics and business administration with a focus on relevant international aspects. The program combines business skills with international issues and cultural knowledge. During the course of their studies, students gain a solid understanding of business administration as well as special insights into the characteristics of international business and cultural studies. In the third year, students choose their electives, which are analyzed from an international perspective. The special profile of the program is defined by the subjects International Business and Intercultural Management. Lectures are held in English and students enroll for at least one other foreign language. International experience can be gained through practical semesters abroad as well as a semester at partner universities. The program follows a dual study model with alternating theoretical phases (on campus) and practical phases (with a partner company) every three months. The three-year program ends with the academic degree Bachelor of Arts (B.A.).
