The specialisation IT-Infrastructures in the bachelor programme Business Informatics is divided into three courses: IT Service Management (SPM1), IT Planning and Administration (SPM1) and IT Collaboration and Integration (SPM2). The courses focus on management of IT infrastructure in medium-sized to large organisations, planning and maintenance of network infrastructure based on Microsoft Windows operating systems, and web-supported collaboration between employees in companies.
