The focus is on enabling goal-oriented, value-driven, reflective leadership behaviour at all organisational levels (individual, team, corporate). As part of the first – and, at present, only – focus on healthcare, the master's programme offers (prospective) managers from the healthcare sector a scientific specialisation with a focus on leadership competence.
