About the Program

Master degree program with an emphasis on mechatronics. The program focuses on spatial and functional integration of mechanics, electronics, and information processing. The standard period of study is four semesters. Six modules each are required in the first three semesters, each awarded five credit points. In the fourth semester, the Master Thesis has to be completed. 120 credit points are to be completed for the Master of Science (M.Sc.) degree. The program has a flexible structure with three modules offered in the first semester and further compulsory modules offered annually without overlapping. In the third semester, an elective module catalog with 15 credit points is integrated, allowing for practice-oriented units. For each student, an individual study program is compiled from a module catalog and set down in a study agreement.
