Managers are expected to achieve the optimum result in every negotiation situation. Therefore it is important to know the corresponding methods, instruments and the necessary framework conditions. In the seminar you will learn how to successfully manage different types of negotiations. You will also learn the core elements of successful negotiation management and improve your ability to master negotiations of any kind.
