About the Program

New Study Informatik is a unique digital dual study program in English offered by DHBW Stuttgart in cooperation with DHBW Mosbach. The 6-semester Bachelor program integrates practical experience with a dual partner (partner company). Based on recent developments in 'New Work' and successful experiences in teaching digitization, this program delivers computer science knowledge independent of where students live or their current phase of life. The program prepares students to become professionals for digitalization and innovation, with courses taught in English online, complemented by in-house kick-off events in Stuttgart and Mosbach. The model bridges the gap between study and the new world of work, allowing students to create their own learning spaces without relocating while still being part of a virtual community that develops expertise, new skills and leadership qualities needed for New Work. This program is unique in Germany and allows students to study with German companies while potentially remaining in their home countries.
