NONPROFIT AND NGO-MANAGEMENT

Bachelor of Arts (B.A.)

About the Program

This interdisciplinary bachelor's degree program with a focus on sustainability enables graduates to support and manage nonprofit and nongovernmental organizations (NPOs/NGOs) in the third sector. The curriculum covers three areas of expertise: business administration, management, and basic legal knowledge, providing an ideal combination of competences for managing nonprofit organizations and NGOs. The program includes practical courses in campaigning, marketing, leadership, fundraising, communication, green procurement, change management, digital solutions, and more. Students can choose between a dual practice-integrated degree program with 10-12 months of practical phases with a fixed partner NPO/NGO, or a classical degree program with fewer practical phases. The program emphasizes sustainability, environmental protection, social justice, and economic needs in the context of climate change, carbon footprint reduction, sustainable food and energy production, and educational programs.
