About the Program

The Bachelor of Science in Physiotherapy provides training for physiotherapists at an academic level based on nationally and internationally recognised recommendations. The program combines theory and practice from the outset, focusing on research skills, professional and interprofessional skills through case-based learning, interactive teamwork, and numerous practical training. Upon completion, students acquire two qualifications: the professional qualification as a state-recognised physiotherapist (after 6 semesters) and the academic qualification as a Bachelor of Science in Physiotherapy (after the 7th semester). The program includes 16 profession-specific modules, 6 interprofessional modules, and 5 practical study phases. Students learn to identify causes of various symptoms and plan treatments according to current scientific standards.
