The program's objective is to convey extensive knowledge and skills in the areas of producing and monitoring medicine and cosmetics as well as synthetic and biotechnological ingredients and those produced using genetic engineering. Graduates are able to ensure the quality of starting substances, products, and finished medicinal products according to international standards, apply scientific methods and insights specific to their professional field, and solve cross-sectional problems such as qualifying factories and validating processes in the pharmaceutical industry. The master's degree program in Pharmaceutical Engineering is focused on research. Graduates can take on tasks in research, development, and management in scientific institutes, research institutions, and businesses in various industries: In the pharmaceutical and cosmetics industry as well as in the industrial production of medicinal products or even in environmental protection.
