About the Program

In the Master's degree programme in Production and Logistics, students expand on their theoretical knowledge of technical processes and methods for manufacturing and distributing technical goods, as well as developing their knowledge for analysing and resolving technical and business problems. Students are concerned with the planning, organisation and optimisation of the processes and flows of resources required to achieve this. In this way, students learn how to analyse manufacturing companies with regard to change processes and to undertake adaptations to technical and organisational change. Graduates are prepared for assuming managerial responsibilities in operational organisation and for managing complex production processes.
