About the Program

This is a dual system, distance studies program including practical semester for the German Federal Armed Forces/Bundeswehr. The three-year distance learning course is designed to be service integrated for the first and sixth semesters. In the remaining semesters, students complete both theory modules and parallel practice modules in the higher, non-technical administrative service in the Bundeswehr administration. The theory modules take place at the Mannheim location, while practical modules are located in Bundeswehr offices throughout Germany. Parts of the practical modules can also take place at Bundeswehr foreign service units. The Bundeswehr Administration Department trains junior staff for the career of senior non-technical service in the Federal Defence Administration. During the program, students are civil servants on revocation.
