Strategic management is a branch of business administration. It deals with the development, planning and implementation of content-related objectives of organizations. The part-time bachelor's degree program "Strategic Management" imparts process and methodological knowledge with business management content in a practice-oriented manner. This ensures sustainable corporate management at the highest level. Strategic management is a holistic approach aimed at aligning a company for the future in such a way that it can continue to exist or even expand. It serves the holistic optimization of internal and cross-company processes based on the EFQM model (European Foundation for Quality Management). The students acquire knowledge for the construction and continuous development of comprehensive management systems and learn how to use tools and methods to develop potential for ensuring sustainable business success in organizations.
