About the Program

Management is the art of solving challenges of a complex world. Today, it is no longer only responsible for economic success, but increasingly assumes responsibility for the social and environmental impact of a company's activities. Sustainable management is aware of this comprehensive responsibility and works on sustainable solutions for all stakeholders in the long term. The degree programme focuses on sustainability and digitalization topics. The first three semesters form a solid basis of fundamental management skills while introducing the special focuses of 'sustainable' and 'digital'. The fourth semester offers flexibility with options for an internship, international exchange, or an entrepreneurship semester to develop a business plan. The fifth and sixth semesters explore sustainability and digitalization topics in depth. The seventh semester includes a three-month internship and Bachelor's thesis preparation. Career prospects include roles as innovation manager, project manager, founder of a start-up, finance manager, sustainability specialist, production or supply chain manager, and business consultant.
