About the Program

This Master's degree programme is the first component of a three-year dual training programme for teaching at secondary schools. It focuses on the subject combinations of computer science and mathematics or physics and mathematics for Bachelor's graduates in physics or computer science without previous didactic or pedagogical knowledge. After two years (four semesters), it leads to a Master of Education degree, which enables the transition to the preparatory service. Students are in a financially remunerated employment relationship parallel to their studies and are assigned to a general secondary school in the Freiburg area.
