Transformationsstudien

Master of Arts (M.A.)

About the Program

The Master's program qualifies future specialists and executives in the social and church sector, especially where change management processes need to be carried out, social innovation is to be initiated, or new fields of practice with new action logics are emerging. The program aims to develop answers to questions of the future and qualify movers for YMCA, church, and society. The special profile of the program consists of combining the profession of social work (with a focus on social space orientation and community work) and the discipline of theology (with a focus on public theology). The program is consistently interdisciplinary between social work and theology, qualifying graduates for both church and community work. The study is part-time and allows for the compatibility of work, study, and family.
