About the Program

The Behavioral Therapy (Verhaltenstherapie) program at PHB is characterized by its cross-procedural nature. Future systemic, behavioral, and psychodynamic therapists learn with and from each other in a variety of joint events. The training is scientifically based and structured like a study program. There is the possibility to complete the training with an additional Master's degree in Behavioral Therapy (M.Sc. Verhaltenstherapie). The program qualifies graduates for the approbation examination and acquisition of specialized knowledge under the current legal system. The training can be started regularly and completed by 2032, or in cases of hardship by 2035, in light of the Psychotherapist Act reform.
