About the Program

The Master's program in Business Education is an application-oriented course of study. It offers a comprehensive insight into the content and basic theories, concepts and methods of business education and combines the acquisition of specialized knowledge with pedagogical professionalization in the field of vocational education. The goal of the Master's program is to prepare students for work in vocational schools in the field of 'Business and Administration'. Students are enabled to independently develop, implement, analyze and reflect on teaching and learning processes. Additionally, due to its high proportion of business studies, the program qualifies graduates for activities in business enterprises, in non-school and inter-company educational institutions, as well as in consulting and vocational education policy. The program requires a 6-week practical study period outside the university to learn job-related skills.
