About the Program

The Bachelor's degree programme in Advanced Materials teaches the basic knowledge in chemistry, physics and mathematics required for a fundamental understanding of modern functional materials. Students acquire theoretical and practical knowledge for the production and application of advanced materials, which are created through targeted changes at a molecular level. From the first semester, students focus on materials science issues and experiments, with the proportion of materials science modules and practicals expanding from the third semester onwards.
