About the Program

The Bachelor's degree program in Architecture spans 6 semesters until graduation. First, the students are taught fundamental knowledge and skills in the areas of representation, design, drafting, building construction and interpersonal competences. Later, this is followed by subjects such as urban planning, the history of building, architectural theory and construction and planning management. The 5th semester consists of hands-on practical training, allowing students to gain a direct insight into professional practice by working in architectural offices in Germany or abroad. The degree program focuses on the fundamental specialist knowledge as well as methodological competences in the core areas of construction. A limited number of electives enables students to specialize according to their own interests.
