About the Program

The Art History and Film Studies program covers the history and theory of visual arts in the Western world – from the early Middle Ages to the present day – as well as film production in a global context. In addition to painting, sculpture, architecture, graphics and photography, students will also explore the realms of film and audiovisual media.
