About the Program

The Master's program in Business Administration is specifically designed for outstanding graduates of a business studies bachelor's degree from a university in Germany or abroad. The focus is on three central business studies specialization subjects, from which students can choose from a wide range of topics. Students have the opportunity to select their specializations from one, two, or even all three profile areas: Management (Marketing Management, Human Resource Management and Organizational Behavior, Strategy, Innovation and Cooperation, Sustainability Management, Entrepreneurship, Management of Digital Transformation), Accounting and Finance (Controlling, Finance and Accounting), and Intelligence, Logistics & Operations (Business Information Systems & Operations Research, Production Management, Logistics), as well as Economics (Environmental and Industrial Economics, Economic Theory). These specializations are complemented by mandatory modules in qualitative and quantitative methods and a free elective area. The program aims to sharpen students' skills in business and economic methods and to provide both academic and practical training in their chosen specialization areas. Research-based learning is an essential component of the Master's program, promoted through seminars, possible research projects, and the Master's thesis. A completed Master's degree not only offers the possibility of pursuing a doctorate but also prepares students for demanding positions at specialist and management levels.
