The Master's program builds directly on the content of the previous Bachelor's program, but gives you more freedom and takes your professional interests into account. In the business administration part of the Master's program, you can choose a focus area from a wide range of topics. The business curriculum is supplemented by mandatory modules in qualitative or quantitative methods and a mandatory business internship. The business focus is chosen from a profile area. In the electrical engineering part, the program builds on the content of the Bachelor's program with many elective options. You can choose modules worth 38 ECTS points from up to two areas of the following specializations in the Master's program in Electrical Engineering and Information Technology: Automation Technology, Energy Technology, Embedded Systems, Integrated Systems, Communication Technology, and Mechatronics. Research-based learning with seminars, a research project, and the Master's thesis forms an important pillar of the Master's program.
