About the Program

The Master's degree program in Business Law (LL.M.) combines the subjects of law and economics. It trains students to become specialists in the fields of law and economics and provides an academic consolidation of their previous studies. The degree program is designed to train planning, designing and negotiating lawyers with in-depth knowledge of economics. Graduates of the course are able to make complex decisions in a legally sound and economically sensible manner. The focus of the course is on European and international business law, which can be deepened in one or more areas of law depending on your choice of specialization. Graduates of the interdisciplinary Master's in Business Law have a wide range of career prospects. They are thus qualified for a successful career start in the legal or HR departments of medium-sized and larger companies, law firms (in an advisory capacity), in management consulting, tax consulting, in business associations or public institutions with an interdisciplinary character (e.g. business development or environmental departments).
