About the Program

The Master Business Management program (Variant Business Management & Digital Leadership) at HdWM is a consecutive master's degree offered 100% in English. The program is structured as a 4-semester program with 120 ECTS credits, with specialization in Digital Leadership. The curriculum is divided into core management modules in the first semester (including Values, Ethics and Compliance; Critical Thinking in Management; System-Oriented Management; Management Decisions; and Communicating and Negotiating in Management), followed by advanced modules in the second semester (including Processes and Process Management; Intercultural Management; and Change Management and Organisation Development). In the second semester, students also complete either a Management Internship, Research Internship, or Practice Project. The third semester offers specialization tracks including IT Management combined with either International Sales Management or People and Culture, followed by the Master Thesis and Colloquium in the fourth semester. The program balances theory and practice with classes organized to support study-life balance.
