About the Program

The program provides theoretical and laboratory practical knowledge in the core subjects of Inorganic Chemistry, Organic Chemistry and Physical Chemistry, alongside fundamentals of Mathematics and Physics. In the second half of the program, students learn the basics of Biochemistry, Technical Chemistry and Theoretical Chemistry. Laboratory practical training accounts for about 40 percent of the curriculum. The program begins with foundational knowledge in the core chemical subjects as well as Mathematics and Physics. Laboratory training starts in the first semester and continues throughout the program. From the third semester onwards, students deepen their knowledge in the core subjects and expand their expertise with Biochemistry, Technical Chemistry and Theoretical Chemistry. The program concludes with a Bachelor's thesis.
