About the Program

The Bachelor's program in Electrical Engineering provides you with a solid foundation in one of the most innovative and versatile technical fields. You will learn the fundamentals of electrical systems and their application in modern technologies. Through a combination of theoretical knowledge and practical experience, you will be equipped to master complex electrical engineering challenges and develop forward-looking solutions. The program is systematically structured and gradually leads you from the basics to more complex subjects. In the first semesters, the focus is on fundamental subjects such as mathematics, technical physics, and the basics of electrical engineering. From the third semester, you will deepen your knowledge in specific areas of electrical engineering and acquire practical skills in networked systems and IT security, power electronics and electrical machines, control engineering and automation, digital signal processing and microprocessor technology. In the fifth and sixth semesters, you have the opportunity to set individual focus areas through technical elective subjects. The practical phase and the bachelor thesis in the seventh semester offer you the chance to apply your knowledge in real projects and establish valuable contacts with potential employers.
