This interdisciplinary degree programme in International Engineering (IE) offers you the chance to combine first-class technical training with a global perspective. Besides turning into a highly sought-after expert in your specialist field, you will also work on your own personal development – at the same time as constructing a valuable international network that will open doors to you all over the world. The curriculum encompasses the essentials of electrical and mechanical engineering, along with the international dimensions of engineering practice. You will learn developing new technologies, systems and products, STEM key principles, using cutting-edge information technologies, integration, communication and leadership skills, managing international projects, and optimizing production processes globally. The programme includes a practical semester (5th semester) and at least one semester abroad in a foreign-language country. The didactic concept is based on project-based learning, which specifically promotes transferrable and teamwork skills. Graduates develop skills in analyzing technical systems, project management, using information technologies, acquiring knowledge independently, and implementing integration and communication skills.
