The mechanical engineering specialisation deals with the development and construction of technical systems and plants. Students are enabled to work on and manage all steps of development, starting with planning, initial models, calculations, designs and simulations through to implementation and the final operation of the machines. The program is designed as a dual study program, combining theoretical education at the university with practical phases at a cooperating company.
